Proof of Insurance Center
Resident Insurance Requirements
As part of your lease, all residents are required to carry liability insurance coverage. You have two ways to meet this requirement: purchase a renters insurance policy through our recommended provider, or submit proof that you already carry qualifying insurance through your own provider (Third-Party Insurance).
Important Notice: Monroeville Apartments at Belmont Ridge is not an insurance company or insurance provider. We do not sell, underwrite, service, or profit from insurance policies. The renters insurance program referenced on this page is offered and administered by an independent, licensed third-party insurance provider. Any questions about coverage, billing, claims, cancellations, or policy terms should be directed to that provider directly, not to our leasing or management office.
Already have your own insurance? Submit Third-Party Insurance!
If you already have a renters or liability insurance policy through your own provider (such as an existing homeowners, renters, or umbrella policy), you don't need to purchase a new one — you just need to upload proof that your policy meets our lease requirements.
What you'll need before you start:
- A copy of your Certificate of Insurance or Declarations Page (PDF, photo, or screenshot)
- Confirmation that your policy includes the required minimum liability coverage
- Confirmation that the community/landlord is listed as an "Interested Party" or "Additional Interested Party" on the policy, if required by your lease
Protection Made Simple
Your lease requires liability coverage, and getting set up takes just a few minutes. Enroll through our recommended provider or, if you already have a policy, simply upload your proof of coverage. Either way, you'll be protected and compliant in no time.
